200hr Yoga Teacher Training

Begin your transformational journey with Yoga. Come join our all-inclusive 200-hour  Teacher Training in stunning Chianti region of Tuscany, Italy! This is an amazing opportunity for you to delve deeper into your personal practice and take the first steps towards becoming a certified Yoga Teacher.

Your home for this 16 night all-inclusive training will be the charming Wybalena Organic Farm located near the beachside town of Byron Bay in Australia.

​

There is a variety of accommodations spread across the private acreage, each with their own unique, cozy charm. You will feel secluded amidst the perfect setting to relax and immerse yourself in the study of Yoga. This will be your home with group of likeminded Yogis as you learn and practice throughout your time in Australia.

​

You will dive deeper into learning about the practice of yoga and learn a range of skills as both a teacher and student. You will study the roots of yoga and its culture and, at the same time, we will encourage you to think outside the box to create your own personal style. Subjects include Yoga sequencing, pose breakdowns, basic anatomy, pranayama, philosophy, assists and adjustments, and much more. You will leave this training feeling confident in your newfound knowledge and experience!

Come and journey with us on this adventure! We will enjoy amazing meals together, become closest of friends, and explore some of the beauty Byron Bay has to offer such as the white sand beaches and hippy, artsy feel of the local area. Not to mention our nights together: bonfires, games, good wine and community.

Cost

Pricing for this retreat is all inclusive! That means you pay one amount which covers your accommodation, Yoga, and all meals except for one group dinner out which will be at your own expense.

​

Once we confirm your attendance, you will be required to make the payment directly to us. These prices do not include airfare, transportation costs (although we will provide helpful information for arrival and departure), or costs incurred during excursions.

A security deposit will be required to reserve your space on the retreat. Security deposits are non-refundable. Specific details will be provided to you by email after your initial inquiry to join the course.

Your cost is all-inclusive. That means you pay one amount which covers your tuition and certification, your shared accommodation and 3 meals per day for 16 nights.

The Main House

A large architecturally designed farm house with a caterer’s kitchen, stunning 22 seat timber dining table, cosy loungeroom with a fireplace and bean bag area to relax, plus air conditioning and fans for comfort.

​

Four bedrooms down the hallway include two rooms with king beds and ensuites (one with a luxurious bath & WIC) and two rooms with double beds and shared bathroom.

​

Large glass windows showcase beautiful country views and wrap around verandas that flow onto the magnesium pool, infrared sauna and outdoor firepit.

Cabins 1, 2 & 3 have an identical layout with 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 double) with built in wardrobes, a shared bathroom, living room with TV, kitchen, dining table and deck to enjoy the country views. There is air conditioning in the main living spaces and pedestal fans in the bedrooms.

The perfect accommodation for those wanting to be further from the main house space, to share with a friend or make use of the private kitchen for an dietary requirements. *Cabin 3 is custom built for complete disabled access.

Meet The Team

Josh Kramer

Lead Teacher

Yoga has been with Josh since he was a child growing up in Zimbabwe, and it has become his life’s passion to share it’s many gifts with the world.

​

Josh has been practising Yoga since he was a young child and teaching since his late teens. His style melds a unique blend of Iyengar Yoga and Vinyasa flow - he emphasizes alignment and integrity in the poses, whilst challenging students with creativity and strength.

​

Through his training, students will develop a strong foundation in the classical roots of Yoga, but with the creativity to fuze in modern and nuanced styles.

Ali Jane

Training Coordinator

Ali is an art loving creative. She grew up in Northern California and loves the outdoors, photography, art and of course Yoga.

​

She has been practicing Yoga since she was a child alongside her dad, and has a natural passion and knowledge around the subject.

​

Ali is Josh's partner, and she recently completed his Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica and is now gaining experience as a Teacher.

​

Tash

Trainee Teacher

Tash is one of our co-teachers on this training. She graduated from a Destination Yoga 200hr in Costa Rica in 2022, and has been gaining experience as a teacher in Australia for the past year. 

 

She will be leading classes, and supporting teaching components. She will be your go-to for any support, and questions during the training.

 

Aside from Yoga, Tash has worked as a nurse and has had many adventures working on super yachts around the world. You can count on her to make you feel warm and welcome, and to bring a smile to your day.

 The Wybalena Experience

The Yoga Studio

​

Flooded with natural light and fresh air flow, the studio is the perfect space for us to practice and study together as a group. We will be spending most of our day, immersed in study, lectures, practice and teaching and this room will become filled with memories. 

Manesium Pool & Infared Sauna

​

The magnesium pool is set amongst lush gardens and offers beautiful, soft, clean water that doesn’t irritate the skin or eyes like traditional chlorine pools. Relax on the deck chairs to enjoy the scenery.

​

The infrared sauna offers incredible health benefits and the ultimate relaxation. Comfortably seats 4 people, with a normal session being 15-30 minutes.


Enjoy the ultimate hot cold therapy by jumping between the pool and sauna. *Please note the infrared sauna takes around an hour to heat up.

Outdoor Firepit & Nature Trails

​

Enjoy a cosy fire underneath the large poinciana tree,

or take a walk through one of the  nature trails, or simply take yourself for a short wander through the rainforest or an hour hike through the hills of the farm. Finish with a refreshing dip in our creek or dam.

Experience Byron Bay
17 Days of Aussie Summer

During our time together, you will fall in love with Byron Bay and all it has to offer.  We will explore the amazing offerings of the area - Picture a day spent in the crystal waters and white sand of Australian beaches, exploring the town, relaxing in restaurants and cafes.  Byron is truly a coastal idyll, with an incredible community and hippy feel to it.  This training is not just about Yoga (believe me, we will have plenty of Yoga!). It is also about experiencing the world and soaking up experiences  - whether it be the incredible food, cultural experiences, world famous surfing, or simply exploring. There are endless opportunities, and we will make sure your days will be experiences for you to cherish for the rest of your life.

The schedule below is an example of a typical day. Please note that days may vary, but this is typical of what you can expect. Day’s will be intense - we believe that this is what grows you both as an individual and teacher. There will also be plenty of time for breaks, bonfires, swims in the pool, and laughter!

DAYS OFF

During the training, we will arrange for day’s off as well as partial days. These will likely take place on Sunday, however we may choose to do our day offs on a weekday to avoid crowds.
